Industrial Marine Hot Dipped Galvanizing is standard on all our Regular, Long Link and Din options to AMG and Anchor PWB Specifications.
All manufacturers Galvanized chain has a joining link due to the capacity of the galvanizing baths and spinning-cleaning processes used to remove the excess zinc.
Special attention is given to our galvanized chain joining links corrosion resistance which is considerably improved due to pre-galvanizing before cleaning, welding then cold-galvanizing.
All our galvanized chain has a joining link per every 250kg of chain as this is the maximum capacity that can fit in the coating bath. One joining link per 500kg Drum.
Check chain length is correct, as once we cut the chain there is "No Credit" or "Refund"
NOTE: All chain is cut to leg length "MINUS" one link. We only sell per "FULL" metre.
If you want a 2.5m leg then choose 3.0m length and advise us however you will be charged the 3.0m price....
